- 20 Years in IAF working in various positions, rank and assignment including Defense Research & Development Organization- leading several projects in defense and defense research
- 30 years as founder chairman of Chanakya Academy with many firsts - founder of first English Medium College, founder of first community college and now a school and private unaided college
- 6 years as a founder of StepSure Inc, a USA based S Corp - focusing on connecting India and USA
