Dear GEC-NIT Raipur 2K1 Batch Alumni,

As we stand on the threshold of celebrating the 25th Silver Jubilee of our cherished college days, we are filled with immense nostalgia and gratitude for the memories that have shaped our lives. The friendships, challenges, achievements, and unforgettable moments continue to echo through the corridors of time, binding us together as the proud Class of 2001.

We understand that life’s journey often takes unexpected turns, and circumstances beyond one’s control may prevent some of our dear alumni from joining this once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Wherever you may be, please know that your absence will be deeply felt. The laughter, shared stories, and warmth of friendship that defined our college years feel incomplete without your presence.

While we celebrate this milestone, there is also a sense of emotion in knowing that some of our batchmates may not be able to participate in this joyous reunion. Yet, life’s changing paths also inspire us to create something meaningful for future generations.

In this spirit, we are delighted to share an important initiative being undertaken by the alumni community. As a gesture of gratitude towards our alma mater, plans are underway to establish an Incubation Center in the iconic Golden Tower. This initiative aims to nurture and support future innovators, entrepreneurs, and young talent, carrying forward the legacy of excellence established by our seniors and alumni before us.

Following the noble tradition of earlier batches, our batch also intends to contribute the surplus amount collected from the Silver Jubilee celebration towards this meaningful cause. Your generous contribution to this kitty will help enhance the Class of 2001’s contribution towards the development of our institution and support future generations of students.

As we celebrate the milestones of the past, let us also look towards the future with a spirit of giving back. Your support, in any form, will be invaluable in transforming this vision into reality.
